A refugee without consciousness and documents was found on the Belarusian-Lithuanian border on October 1. This is reported by the Border Committee of Belarus in its official Telegram channel.
“A foreigner, presumably a citizen of Nepal, was found on October 1 directly on the Belarusian-Lithuanian border without documents. The man was in an unconscious state, ”the ministry said in a statement.
The border guards called an ambulance, the doctors took the foreigner to the Braslav Central District Hospital.
“The man was diagnosed with hypothermia, frostbite of the ankle joints and bruised wounds. Currently, his condition is assessed as stably serious, ”the publication says.
