The Public Prosecution, in turn, recorded the accused’s confessions to the victim’s family, and her location was found, seized, and brought to the investigation authorities, which confronted her with the details of the crime, and after pressing her, she confessed to committing her act, and represented the crime.
For its part, the Public Prosecution decided to imprison the accused, pending investigations, and then referred her to the Criminal Court, which sentenced her to death for the accusations attributed to her of intentionally killing her husband.
