COn the evening of October 7, 2021, the man had arrived late at the homeless center near the store, and he had therefore been turned away. He had contacted some friends, and an evening at one of them had been improvised. On the road, around 9-10 p.m., he stopped at the night store, “just to get something to drink”, he maintains while the public prosecutor thinks it was a location. He showed up there at 11:30 p.m. and headed for the reserve. The saleswoman had followed him, and she had invited him to leave this area. On the images, we see him then grab a bottle of alcohol, and smash it on the head of the young woman. Without waiting, the aggressor strangles her from behind, several times, while she moves her legs in all directions to try to break free from his grip.
