The video showed the child screaming and crying hard and running away from the dogs that chased following him.
The person only documented the scene from his car, laughing at what the child was exposed to without trying to get down and help him in this situation.
It appears from the video that these police dogs, owned by a person, are of European origin, and their price reaches 8,000 riyals.
