Al Marsad newspaper: Jehan Al Hindi recounted her experience living with a bipolar patient and how she kept her family together.
And she said during her meeting on the “Saudi Arabia” channel, that she did not know that the matter was just a “psychological illness” during 10 years, and she did not find anyone to tell her regarding this, noting that God sent down the disease and the cure.
She added: Some problems are treated as a “pill”, and this can change the life of an entire family, noting at the same time the need not to rely on those who promote that this disease is the result of “eye, magic or touch.”
She pointed out that societal traditions are what force some to believe that the eye, touch and envy are the cause of disease, and this belief is wrong.
And she stressed the importance of taking the right medicine at the right time to save the life of any human being and not paying attention to what is behind it.
