Al-Marsad newspaper: A citizen revealed that he lost his bags as he traveled by plane from Dammam to Abha, only to be surprised that his bags had gone to Georgia.
And he said in a tweet directed to the account of the Civil Aviation Authority: “I traveled from Dammam to Abha. Thanks to God, I arrived safely to Abha, and thanks to God, my bags arrived in Georgia, and God suffices us for those who separated us.”
The account responded saying that if the air carrier did not respond to the customer to solve the problem within 15 days, a complaint might be filed once morest the carrier.
