A complaint was filed in the Supreme Judicial Council against 4 judges of the Supreme Court

A complaint was filed in the Supreme Judicial Council against 4 judges including the Chief Justice of Pakistan.

Complaints have been filed against Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar Atta Bandial, Justice Muneeb Akhtar, Justice Ijazul Ahsan, while another complaint has been filed against Justice Mazahar Ali Akbar Naqvi.

In the complaint filed by Sardar Salman Dogar Advocate, it is said that the judges committed misconduct in Ghulam Mehmood Dogar and provincial elections case, all four judges including Chief Justice Umar Atta Bandyal were guilty of misconduct, all four judges violated Article 209 Chief Justice Including the four judges should be removed from office.

Copies of the complaint against all judges, including the Chief Justice, have also been sent to other members of the Supreme Judicial Council.
