Al-Marsad Newspaper: Neurosurgeon Dr. Bayan Ali explained the difference between Alzheimer’s, forgetfulness and dementia, and revealed the diet that maintains memory strength.

“Alzheimer’s is one of the types of dementia, and forgetfulness is a transient condition that everyone goes through,” she said, during an interview with the “Yahla” program broadcast on the Gulf Rotana channel, pointing out that young people suffer from forgetfulness, but their Alzheimer’s disease is unusual.

She pointed out that often a person thinks that he is suffering from forgetfulness, but it is just a lack of focus.

In the same context, Dr. Bayan explained the Mediterranean diet, which maintains memory strength and prevents Alzheimer’s disease.
