Al-Marsad Newspaper: Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Othman, a professor and consultant in clinical education, revealed a healthy meal for the elderly, adults and children.

Al-Othman said, in a video he posted on his account with the “Tik Tok” application: “A healthy meal for the elderly, adults and children, and those who have poor appetite and treatment of constipation, as it is easy to digest and acceptable to them.”

He pointed out: “A healthy meal consists of bread with vegetables and grain ingredients that include Jazan white corn, white turkey, red corn, chickpeas, yellow corn, millet, soya, mash, and oats as desired.”

He drew: “The vegetable ingredients include potatoes, parsley, green onions, white onions, carrots, zucchini, tomatoes, and yellow and honey squash.”

And he continued: “The vegetable ingredients are placed on the fire until boiling, and following cooling them, they are placed in the blender.” “.

He continued, “After leveling the bread, add tomatoes, green onions, white onions, and parsley in the blender,” pointing out: “The other bread is mixed with onions and parsley, and it is leveled in the same way.”
