The security services in Giza are racing against time, led by Major General Medhat Fares; To decipher the intrigue of the incident of finding a dead person, the perpetrator split it in half in the Haram area, west of the governorate.

Late Thursday evening, Aqar residents reported an unpleasant smell emanating from one of the apartments near Al-Munawar, which intensified over the days, killing a force from the pyramid section to the scene of the incident, along with forensic medicine and forensic evidence.

The detectives, led by Brigadier General Ahmed Al-Watidi, Head of Investigations in the Western Sector, found the corpse cut in half belonging to a young man, with no data indicating his identity.

After midnight, the policemen of Al-Haram Division identified the dead man, and it turned out that he was a student named “Ahmed. T.” And the origin of his residence is one of the governorates of Upper Egypt, and the apartment is the property of another.

The research team formed by officers from the Haram Investigations Department, led by Major Ahmed Essam, worked on examining the victim’s relationships, monitoring any disputes between him and others that amounted to murder, and reviewing his call log before his murder, while transcribing the surveillance cameras surrounding the property in question.

With the identification of the victim, a mission was launched to his hometown in coordination with the Public Security Sector headed by Major General Alaa Selim; Where the tip of the thread is to solve the mystery crime, apprehend the perpetrator and find out the motive for its commission.

Before sunrise on Friday, an ambulance transported the dismembered corpse to the Zeinhom Morgue of the Forensic Medicine Authority for autopsy, determining the time and method of death, and preparing an adequate report.

The necessary report on the incident was drawn up, and Major General Alaa Farouk, Assistant Minister of Interior for the Giza Security Sector, referred it to the Public Prosecution, which started investigations.
