This is the first house in Mato Grosso do Sul at Open House! The house is a spectacle in itself, it was inspired by Cosentino’s Dekton stone and has integrated, spacious spaces connected to the garden. The project has a different layout and several surprises, the living room, for example, is at the service of the kitchen.

“A social area where everyone lived together, even if one was in the pool and the other in the living room, we had this feeling of being together. And I wanted to live inside the garden”

The entrance is already surprising with the door completely covered with Dekton, Pineca Messias’ desire was for a smooth door without information, which is why a metal structure was made and covered with Dekton. To check out all the rooms and see all the surprises in this house, I had a delightful conversation with Pineca Messias here in detail about the channel’s new Open House!
