The president of the Oral Criminal and Correctional Court number 29 of the Federal Capital, Juan Ramos Padilla, asked President Alberto Fernández to pardon the vice president Cristina Kirchner and the leader of Tupac Amaru, Milagro Sala.

On his Twitter account, the judge referred to the celebration of May 25 and wrote: “Tomorrow would be a great historic day for the Homeland and for voice, if with greatness and courage, evoking Perón who did it with Balbín, you announce PARDON for CFK and MIRACLE”.

“You would go down in history as one of the great Presidents who fulfilled his people,” he completed.

The sentences of Cristina Kirchner and Milagro Sala

Vice President Cristina Kirchner was sentenced to six years in prison and disqualified from holding public office for corruption in public works in Santa Cruz for the Roads case.

Meanwhile, Milagro Sala faces different causes and has a firm sentence of 13 years in prison in the case known as “kids from towns”, in which she is accused of being the head of an illegal association that diverted state funds for about 60 million pesos between 2011 and 2015.
