As a result, the budget for the Technical Department was increased to 179.1 billion VND.

In order to participate in the bidding and win the bid, enterprises agree to raise the price of materials and equipment or deduct profits from the price survey to build the bid package price in order to withdraw 50 billion VND to pay back to the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
