A serious accident occurred on Tuesday afternoon on the E40 motorway. While driving near Kraainem, a driver lost control of his vehicle, hitting the concrete guardrail along the road head-on. The driver was ejected from the car in the force of the impact. The victim died instantly, writes HLN.
A possible passenger was initially sought by the police. Sniffer dogs and a federal police helicopter were deployed, but no one was found.
According to the first elements of the investigation, no other vehicle was involved in this fatal accident.
