Al-Marsad newspaper: The exchange rate of the dollar rose once morest the Egyptian pound, at the end of banking transactions today, Monday.
The price of the dollar increased by regarding two piasters, to record an increase of regarding 5 piasters from the beginning of the week’s trading in banks in Egypt, according to Cairo 24.
The price of the dollar in the Central Bank of Egypt recorded 19.44 pounds for purchase, and 19.55 pounds for sale, while the price of the dollar in the National Bank recorded 19.46 pounds for purchase, and 19.52 pounds for sale.
In Banque Misr, the price of the dollar today recorded 19.46 pounds for purchase, and 19.52 pounds for sale.
It is worth noting that the price of the dollar once morest the pound has continued to rise since last Tuesday, following the decision of the Central Bank of Egypt to fix the interest rate.
