The 9-year-old, Mishaal Al-Shahrani, appeared carrying his two sisters’ bags to relieve them on the first day of school, with a scene that caught his father’s attention, so he took the picture, and sent it to the “family sunset” on WhatsApp, after which it made its way to the communication sites, garnering the admiration of many.
I love helping them
Commenting on what happened, the child, who is studying at Ibn Nafees Elementary in Khamis Mushait, said in an interview with Al Arabiya.net: “I always love to help my family, especially my sister Sarah and Noura after returning from school, and the bag was not heavy, but I wanted to help them in the heat and crowd, and I was not I only know about photography after the photo spread.
While both the governor of Khamis Mushait and the director of education in Asir expressed their admiration for the child’s action, which reflects good education, and his assumption of the role of the official despite his young age and the transformation of his body.
Asir Education Director, Dr. Ahmed bin Khadran Al-Omari, told Saudi media: “A beautiful position, and a more beautiful capture, embodying great meanings. Everyone is a partner in making it, home, school and society, and it is not surprising. This child has embodied this approach.”
