The Ministry of Health and Population said that the seasonal flu and the common cold are two different diseases, each with different causes and similar symptoms, and it is difficult for the average person to differentiate between them.
The Ministry of Health and Population added that thanks to resorting to a doctor when there are confirmed symptoms, medication should not be resorted to directly without specifying the cause and type of injury.
And the Ministry of Health and Population continued: “The seasonal flu vaccine is available in the serum and vaccine branches nationwide and in many pharmacies.”
