Agents of the National Police have arrested a teacher from a Center for Infant and Primary Education of Seville45, accused of sexually abusing two underage students in the 2015/2016 and 2017 school years. The teacher allegedly acted under the delusion that “it was a game.”
According to the police force in a statement, the investigation began when the agents received a complaint filed by a 15-year-old girl who claimed to have been the victim of sexual abuse by one of her teachers six years ago. At that time, the student I was only 10 years old and denounces that the teacher used his superiority as a teacher and the trust placed in him to carry out the abuses.
But that was not the only time that the alleged pedophile attacked, since the National Police has evidence that in 2017 the teacher acted under the same ‘modus operandi’ against another student of only six years. After his arrest, the defendant was brought to justice and has already been remanded in custody.
Currently, GRUME and the Education Delegation of the Junta de Andalucía are collaborating to obtain information and investigate other possible cases of sexual abuse of minors that could have been committed by the teacher.
