The governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, announced a shot from Ukraine. A shell exploded in one of the villages in the region. There are victims who are being helped.
As a result, a state of emergency was introduced in two villages. These are Zhuravlevka and Nekhoteevka. Details about the state of health of the victims will be later, Gladkov said.
Earlier it became known that in the Belgorod region there are more than 5 thousand residents of the LDNR and Ukraine. Most of them crossed the border on their own at checkpoints.
