A road collapses carrying two cars in Saint-Henri-de-Taillon in Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean. A search is underway to find the occupant(s) of one of the vehicles.

The culvert and road collapse, which may have been caused by torrential rains that battered the area, occurred around 6am this morning.

The two vehicles had taken the Ulysses road when the collapse occurred. The two cars washed away by the waters have been located.

However, the occupant(s) of the first car that fell into the water have still not been found. Research is ongoing.
