Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Representative Fadi Alama, received the ambassadors of the Czech Republic, Jerry Dolizel, and the ambassadors of Slovakia, Marek Varga. He briefed them on the health assistance provided by their two countries to Lebanon in various regions, with an emphasis on continuing it.
The meeting discussed the conditions of the displaced Syrians and the burdens placed on Lebanon, especially in light of the economic conditions suffered by its citizens.
Alama also agreed with the two ambassadors to activate friendship committees in order to strengthen Lebanon’s relations with the Czech Republic and Slovakia in various fields.
