Al-Marsad newspaper: A real estate specialist confirmed that real estate prices in Saudi Arabia will not decrease in the coming days, but rather will rise.
And the specialist said in a video clip: “Selling raw lands in Riyadh for 2 billion and others for 900 million and 800 million, the big traders will not pay this money in vain.”
He continued, “The Ministry of Housing will buy large lands from them, which means that real estate prices in the Kingdom will rise.”
He also indicated that foreign ownership will happen in the coming days, concluding his speech: “Do not be afraid and do not sell your real estate.”
