In the warm spring sun, the tropical inhabitants of the Schmiding Zoo in Krenglbach also dare to venture into their outdoor enclosures once more. For the offspring, who were born in the past few months, it’s off to their first tour of discovery in the fresh air. “Spring is a fascinating time at the zoo because you can observe the young animals in their new environment,” says zoologist Daniela Artmann.
