Another strike on March 23

French unions are not stopping strike action as they have announced yet another strike for next week once morest the government’s plans to raise the retirement age.

“The union united front still calls for the withdrawal of the reform and calls for strikes and demonstrations next Thursday, March 23,” Catherine Pere, the CGT spokeswoman, told a news conference.

This will be the ninth day of strikes and demonstrations once morest this reform.
