The symposium also witnessed the introduction of the most important risks of climate change; In preparation for Egypt’s hosting of the World Climate Summit.
During the symposium, Dr. Ghada Shuaib, Director of the Family Planning Department, spoke about reproductive health, and Mervat Fayez Habib (information officer of the Health Directorate) spoke about breast cancer, its causes and methods of prevention.
Safaa Zagloul, responsible for NGOs, explained the methods of family planning and how to benefit from them.
The Ministry of Health periodicals were distributed to the beneficiaries.
Dr. Ahmed Al-Iraqi, coordinator of social responsibility in the Population Unit and member of the Regional Population Council, pointed out the dangers and problems of climate change, ways to address them, and the efforts made by the state to solve these problems.
