An accident involving a truck occurred this Friday morning in the E40-E25 interchange at Cheratte, towards Liège. Under circumstances yet to be determined, the vehicle ended up on its side in a slight turn. Fortunately, there were no injuries.
Traffic measures have been taken in order to proceed with the recovery operations of the heavy goods vehicle. The following straps are closed:
► Slip road from Aix (E40) to E25 (direction Liège) – The slip road to Maastricht remains accessible.
► Slip road from Liège (E25) to the interchange rotunda. The ramp returning to Maastricht remains accessible.
► Slip road from Maastricht (E25) to the rotunda. The Maastricht ramp to Brussels remains accessible.
