If the commission of the crime, according to the law, is accompanied by terrorism or exploitation, or if the person who has been impersonated is a detective or intelligence officer, a military person or the like, the perpetrator shall be punished with imprisonment for a period not exceeding 10 years, or a fine not exceeding 150,000 riyals (150,000). or both.
