A war of words between Ahlam and Asala and a new dispute between them via Twitter

It seems that the war between the Syrian artist Asala Nasri and the Emirati artist Ahlam Al Shamsi has not ended.

The crisis began when a verified account in the name of Fahd Al-Ahmadi on the social networking site Twitter published a tweet in which he referred to Ahlam, writing: “You will not become Asala.” For her part, Ahlam did not ignore the tweet, as she shared it on her Twitter account to reply to him: “Oh, your friend, who told you that my father is authenticity, I am dreams, and my father is nothing but dreams,# Dreams_Al-Shamsi.” Asala also did not ignore Ahlam’s response to that tweet, but her response was deliberately avoiding conflict with Ahlam, as she told her: “Even I am like you, I don’t want Asala and my father to be dreams.”

And earlier, Ahlam attacked Asala’s fans following circulating a news regarding Ahlam’s admiration for Asala’s last song, which was called “Jetny Maksora”. Ahlam responds to these news and says: “This news is not true, and the like is forged by the audience invited Asala, and thanks.” With this response, the audience confirmed that the dispute between them is still ongoing and a reconciliation session will not be held.
