Al-Marsad newspaper: The Personal Status Court in one of the regions decided to enable a father to see and visit his children.
The plaintiff filed a lawsuit with the court demanding to see and visit his children who resided with their mother following the separation, who was intransigent in the matter and prevented them from communicating with him on the phone, according to “previously”.
The court ruled that the periodic visit should be every two weeks from Thursday at three in the followingnoon until Saturday at three in the followingnoon, with the children staying with their father at the time of the visit.
The court also specified visiting times on holidays and vacations.
