ABIMAQ launches course aimed at professionals in the field of wind energy

The Brazilian Association of the Machinery and Equipment Industry (ABIMAQ) promotes, on March 11th (Monday), via the Zoom platform, the course Wind Turbines – Technology 4.0 – Predictive Maintenance.

The course, taught by engineer Mario Larco, current coordinator of the ABNT/ABEEÓLICA Study Committee for the technical standardization of wind turbines, aims to provide basic knowledge of the technological structure of the wind turbine and components in operation, including technology 4.0 to resolve complex maintenance dilemmas predictive.

Aimed at employees involved with wind energy (manufacturers and users) at different levels: factory floor, supervision, management, the course will cover the following topics in its program content:

Wind turbine technological structure:

– Foundations – Tower and support base – Nacelle;

– Direct and indirect drives – Wind turbine / Wind turbine;

– Hub system – rotor – blades;

– Data center – Useful life – Factory project.

Predictive Maintenance Programming 4.0

– Maintenance strategies – Predictive maintenance;

– Drive kinematics – vibrations – wear – sensors;

– CMS Condition monitoring – software – hardware;

– Gear and bearing systems – measurements – drive;

– CMS – Good reasons for trust and quality – knowledge.
