A devoted and always smiling woman
Frances is a housekeeper much appreciated and esteemed by all the students and staff of the “Belle” elementary school where she works, in West Virginia, a state in the United States. She always came to work with a smile and a good attitude.

When the school staff discovered that she had a difficult childhood, they decided to organize something special for her.

Trays of cupcakes were also set out. Two cupcakes were adorned with lit candles ready for Frances to blow out so she could make a wish. “Oh, it’s a big party. I appreciate it, I’ve never had anyone do that for me,” said Frances, delighted with the surprise in store for her. Indeed, emotion was at its peak for the elderly lady.
