The Assistant Agency for Communication at the Ministry commented on the news of “Okaz” that the new system for the attendance and departure of male and female employees aims to activate the role of technology and facilitate the entry and exit management process through practical solutions that do not require the employee to use the fingerprint device, as the employee’s attendance is recorded as soon as he enters the workplace, which also contributes In limiting the spread of infection through the fingerprint, the alternative used from several sides to the fingerprint and signature.
The Ministry of Health confirmed, in response to the Okaz report, entitled (The Ministry of Health controls the attendance and departure of male and female employees using GPSThe system does not allow the employee’s privacy to be infringed in any way, especially since the modern system aims, in its positive way, to ensure the continuity and guarantee of serving the beneficiaries of the Ministry’s services since the beginning of the working hours, and contributes to ensuring that the required service is received.
The ministry clarified that the service is still in the first operational phase and will be implemented and circulated later in all regions of Saudi Arabia after its evaluation and ensuring its feasibility.
