The arrival of Youssef Benamar within ADNA marks a significant step in the firm’s ambition to become a leading player in real estate consulting in French-speaking Africa. Registered with the Casablanca Bar since 2012, he has supported Moroccan and international clients for more than 15 years on all aspects of real estate law and on all types of assets (industrial, offices, businesses and shopping centers, hotels, logistics, residential ).

Youssef Benamar also has leading expertise in the industrial sector where he has advised numerous investors on the development of their industrial projects in Morocco.

Youssef also represents and advises his clients in arbitration procedures relating to real estate disputes (construction and development in particular).

In recent years, Youssef Benamar has also advised the Hands Corporation (fifth world manufacturer of aluminum alloy rims), as part of the development and operation of a new production unit located in the free zone of Tangier, in Morocco or even Cantor Capital Group for the development of office towers within the Casa Anfa area.
