Al-Marsad Newspaper: A 53-year-old Syrian refugee, Ghazi Jassem Shehadeh, died after a arduous bicycle journey from Germany to the Kingdom, heading to the Sacred House of God.
As soon as the refugee reached his destination on the outskirts of Mecca, he breathed his last, after 73 days he spent on the road.
The Syrian refugee was from Homs, immigrated to Hamburg, Germany, but he wanted to go to God’s house by bicycle.
The refugee documented his last days and published them on his personal page on social networking sites.
