Al-Marsad newspaper: A Tunisian groom left his wedding party, in response to his mother’s wishes, under the pretext that the bride she had never seen is ugly.
The bride, Lamia al-Labawi, expressed her shock at the incident, explaining that she was an “orphan”.
While this incident aroused the sympathy of many social media activists, considering that the groom “lacks manhood”, due to his leaving his bride on the wedding night due to an order issued by his mother.
For her part, the bride commented, saying that she had spent a lot of money to prepare for her wedding, but the groom had left her.
It is noteworthy that the groom had betrothed the girl without the knowledge of his mother, who only saw her in the pictures, but following entering the ceremony hall, she asked her son to leave the wedding, arguing that the bride was “ugly”.
