Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – Jared Kushner, son-in-law and advisor to former US President Donald Trump, revealed in his memoir book “Breaking History” about a meeting with Saudi Fahd bin Abdullah Tounsi, who headed a Saudi delegation in New York.
A Tunisian, and by Saudi Council of Ministers Resolution No. (556) dated 10/16/1443 AH, was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Center for Measuring the Performance of Public Institutions, according to what was published by Umm Al-Qura newspaper on May 27, 2022.
As for his biography, in 2018, the official Saudi Press Agency published a detailed report in which it stated the following:
– His Excellency Dr. Fahd bin Abdullah Tounisi held the position of advisor at the Royal Court. His Excellency was also responsible for supervising the major implementation and achievement initiatives within the framework of the social and economic reform program that the Kingdom is witnessing under Vision 2030.
He held the position of Secretary General of the Office of Strategic Management for Vision 2030.
– His Excellency held the position of Secretary-General of the Board of Directors of the major projects launched by the Public Investment Fund, namely: the Qiddiya Project, the NEOM Project and the Red Sea Project.
His Excellency worked at the Diwan of His Highness the Crown Prince as a governance advisor in charge of managing the affairs of councils and committees (from 2013 until 2015). His role was to provide technical, administrative and systemic support for the service of His Highness the Crown Prince, and to verify the application of the highest standards of governance in the councils and committees chaired by His Highness the Crown Prince and fall within the jurisdiction of the administration.
– He worked to contribute to the management development project at the Diwan of His Highness the Crown Prince, and to contribute to the development projects of each of the private affairs of His Highness the Crown Prince, the Prince Salman Charitable Foundation and the Ministry of Defense.
– He worked as a project manager for the design of the governance system, risk management and compliance for the largest banks operating in the Arab Republic of Egypt, the project manager for the design of the governance system and the establishment of the internal audit department for one of the largest poultry companies operating in the Kingdom, the project manager for designing and monitoring the performance of the manual of functional behaviors and work ethics, and the project manager for assessing governance practices For a bank payment system and credit card company operating in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
