Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – The Egyptian artist, Mohamed El-Helou, responded to the controversy that arose because of the phrase “Ammar Ya Saudia” in one of his songs during a concert in the Kingdom, stressing that he was “compliant” to the Saudi people because of the warm reception he received, in When the head of the General Entertainment Authority in Saudi Arabia, Turki Al-Sheikh, announced the holding of a second concert for Muhammad Al-Helou in the Kingdom.

Muhammad Al-Helou said in an intervention on an Egyptian TV program: “I was warmly received by the audience. The audience is very classy… very aware… I mean, I regret it if I didn’t say anything to them… if I didn’t welcome them.”

September in the Kingdom.

For his part, one of the “X” users wrote, commenting on the attack on El-Helou: “Frankly, people are harsh on some artists. Arab artists say more than that about Egypt. Courtesy without vulgarity is acceptable in this situation.”

Egyptian businessman Naguib Sawiris responded to the post by saying: “I am with you… and the words are not extra.. It is normal for a person to thank his guest.”
