Lilia Lemoine, elected national representative of La Libertad Avanza, was in the spotlight weeks ago for her statements and for the annulment of her vote in the general elections. In the last few hours, she published a kind of instructions to avoid “fraud” in the upcoming elections on November 19.

In the video, which Lemoine herself presents as a “small training course for voters and prosecutors”, five actors participate who represent the roles of voter, table president, prosecutors and attorney general. There they present the situations of “successful voting” and the “most common frauds.”

It is worth remembering that the legislator, one of the leaders closest to Javier Milei, decreased her public appearances after the controversy generated by her proposal to legalize the renunciation of paternity; She was then followed by the accusation of “sung vote” on October 22 when she emerged from the dark room with the vote in her hand.

During the recording that he published this Monday, November 6 – which lasts almost 5 minutes and was published on his YouTube channel – he explains: “Now we are going to show you what a successful vote is like, that is, the voter comes and absolutely nothing happens. bad”.

Then a voice-over is heard saying: “The voter arrives, hands his ID to the table president, who must verify that he is on the registry. The prosecutor must ensure that the image of the DNI corresponds to the one that appears in the registry. The envelope must be signed by the prosecutors and the president of the table.” And he continues: “In the dark room you choose the ballot of who you want to vote for, you put it in the envelope and close it. They review it and you place it in the urn. Your vote is already made, they give you the die and you leave.”

Lilia Lemoine left the dark room with an LLA ballot and was accused of “singing a vote”

Later he presents the case of “the most common fraud” and, as he points out, it occurs when the voter arrives at the dark room and exchanges the original envelope for a fake one, takes the real one and deposits the fake one in the ballot box; So he asks the prosecutors to be careful that the envelope must bear their signatures.

“This is the worst possible case. When you want to exercise your democratic right and they don’t allow it (…) The voter enters the dark room and finds that the ballots are torn, contested or there are none,” she says.

The actors represent this situation and she then explains that “it is very important that the scrutiny certificate is signed by each of the members of the table: the prosecutors of both parties and the president of the table.”

In that sense, he adds: “If you have your certificate without the signature of the table president, it is not useful for you to claim in the final count. This way you take your signed certificate and you can check when the count is done that they coincide with what really happened on the day of the day.”

Lemoine’s “sung vote” in the general elections

On October 22, upon leaving the dark room, Lilia Lemoine was seen with a ballot from the party led by Javier Milei, without having placed it inside the envelope.

“Fraud, poorly educated. That’s not done. I’ve been voting for 50 years and I’ve never seen anything like it,” said a woman who was voting at the table next to Lemoine, upon seeing the confusing situation that went viral on the social network

Regarding this situation, LLA sources stated at that time that they did not know if the influencer’s vote was “challenged or validated.” It is presumed that it would be invalidated, but it is something that is noted in the observations and then the Electoral Chamber decides.
