After the Kingdom’s ambassador returned to Beirut, a comment, pledge, and message from a Lebanese minister to Saudi Arabia

Al-Marsad newspaper: Lebanon’s Minister of Interior and Municipalities, Bassam Mawlawi, confirmed that his country will not allow any abuse of Saudi Arabia following today, following Riyadh’s decision to return its ambassador to Lebanon on Thursday.

Mawlawi said on his Twitter page: “Once once more, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia proves, through the return of its ambassador, Plenipotentiary Minister Walid Al-Bukhari, that Lebanon is in its heart and conscience, and it will never leave it.”

The Lebanese minister added, “We welcome you Walid Al-Bukhari among your loyal family to Arabism, to strengthen the bonds of brotherhood.”

And Molloy added in the same tweet: “Together, we will continue to work to strengthen the relations that we will not allow any harm or abuse to affect following today.”
