In the afternoon, there was also a protest formation flight.

After North Korea’s provocation of a medium-range ballistic missile two days ago, the US aircraft carrier, which had left, returned to the Korean Peninsula.

Two short-range ballistic missiles were fired from the Samseok area in Pyongyang, North Korea, into the East Sea from 6:01 am to 20 minutes today.

The first missile flew 350 kilometers to an altitude of 80 kilometers, and the following missile flew 800 kilometers to an altitude of 60 kilometers and was detected by the military authorities.

It is believed that after launching a medium-range ballistic missile across the Japanese archipelago two days ago, this time it fired a mixture of different short-range missiles.

It is possible that the KN-25, which North Korea claims to be a ‘super-large multiple rocket launcher’, and the KN-23, which is called a ‘North Korean version of Iskander’, were fired, and it is observed that the distance was adjusted by adjusting the weight of the warhead.

“(North Korea) is now so-called mixed firing, ‘Any time, anywhere, anywhere’, this is what it is. That’s why it’s hard for us to respond now…”

North Korea has made it clear that this short-range ballistic missile launch is a protest against the re-entry of the US nuclear-powered aircraft carrier into the waters of the Korean Peninsula.

North Korea’s foreign ministry said in an official statement today, “We are closely monitoring the fact that the United States is creating a threat to the stability of the situation by bringing in aircraft carriers again.”

The Pyongyang Samseok area, where the missile was launched, is under the jurisdiction of the Pyongyang Defense Command, which is known as the location of the North Korean military’s bunker.

In the midst of this, the military authorities said that around 2 pm today, four North Korean bombers and eight fighters made a protest flight south of the special surveillance line.

The military said that this flight by North Korea was unusual and responded immediately by mobilizing about 30 South Korean military fighters.
