The permanent host of the talk show “Field of Miracles” Leonid Yakubovich made a statement that was regarded in the State Duma as a signal to close his program. The TV presenter criticized the decision of the channel’s management to remove the Evening Urgant humorous project and similar entertainment content from the air following February of this year. According to Leonid Arkadyevich, now, on the contrary, people do not have enough spectacles.

In response to the statement, the deputy of the committee on culture, Sergei Solovyov, smashed to smithereens what Yakubovich said. According to the politician, such statements are now unacceptable. And he wanted to remove the “Field of Miracles” from the air.
“In my opinion, this is simply disrespect for the feat of our servicemen. It is wrong now to come out with such initiatives even for such a respected leader as Yakubovich. Now we need to pause (entertainment programs – ed.). I think that the “Field of Miracles” should be put on pause. And what will we lose if someone doesn’t win some prize?” – the deputy told the site “Paragraph”.
