Information about goods sales at AIMYON TOUR 2023 -Magical Bathroom- Additional Show.
For our customers, please read the following precautions.
[Goods sales hours]
Priority will be given to customers with same-day tickets until the start time of the performance on the day of the performance.
After the performance time, customers who do not have tickets for the day can also use the merchandise sales.
We plan to sell goods on each performance day[from 2:30 p.m.].
*Due to venue preparation, advance sales may end 30 minutes before the venue opens.
*Times may change only for Tokyo Garden Theater performances, so we will notify you in that case.

[About purchasing goods]
●On the day of the show, priority will be given to customers with tickets until the show starts. Customers who do not have tickets can also use the venue after the performance time.
●Please take precautions against the weather and temperature and be in perfect shape when lining up.
●When lining up to make a purchase, it is prohibited to take up space or stand next to us.
●Customers are expected to be crowded during the hours before the doors open, so we ask that you arrive early.
⚫︎Please pay 1 account per person.
If you are splitting your payment into multiple payments, we ask that you rearrange your order to the end.
●Please be sure to check the product, color, size, and change you have ordered at the sales counter.
Once you have left the sales floor, we are unable to make changes to the product or size, or if you do not have enough change.
●We will set a purchase limit of 5 items per product.
●If the product you purchase is defective, it will be replaced with a non-defective item. (Size and product cannot be changed)
Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for purchased items.
Please be sure to bring your receipt with you, as we will check it when we respond to your request.
If you do not have a receipt, we will not be able to respond.
●In the unlikely event that you discover a defective item after the performance, we will exchange it within 7 days of purchase.
Please note that if the above period has passed, we may not be able to respond as we cannot determine whether the product is initially defective.

●We do not provide shopping bags. Please bring your own bags to take home.
●Although we plan to continue selling items after the performance, there is a limit to the number of items sold on the day of the performance, so if the items are sold out, sales will end at that point.

All customers: October 9th (Monday) 12:00~
Shipping start: We are planning to ship sequentially from late October.
*The number of items sold is limited. Please note that some items may be sold out.
*Please note that we cannot guarantee the delivery date.
