Air ticket prices continue to rise in Kuwait

Despite the addition of 76 additional flights during the festive season in Kuwait, congestion and air ticket prices continue to rise. Ticket prices have increased by 70 to 150 per cent.

Kuwaitis who go abroad for holidays and expatriates who go home for short vacations are the main reasons for the increase in traffic at the airport.

2,800 flights are scheduled for the holidays. With the announcement of nine consecutive days of holiday for the small festival, the passenger rush and ticket prices have gone up.
