Al-Arabi Club of Qatar intends to file a complaint with FIFA against the Al-Shabab club against the background of the latter’s failure to pay the remaining two installments of Gabonese Aron Bobendza’s contract, according to what private sources revealed to Al-Riyadiah.
Gabonese Bobendza moved to the youth ranks in August 2022 for a period of 3 years from Al-Arabi Al-Qatari, and spent one season with “Al-Lioth”, before his contract was sold to the American Cincinnati during the current summer transfer period.
According to the same sources, the Qatari Al-Arabi administration addressed its counterpart in the youth administration regarding the payment of the second and third payments, amounting to 2 million and 500 thousand dollars remaining from the value of the Gabonese striker’s contract, especially since the second payment of “2 million dollars” was supposed to be paid in early July, but The youth administration asked to postpone the payment of the second installment with a commitment to pay the two installments after two months, which was rejected by the Qatari club officials, who insisted on paying the last two installments together after the capital club was late in the second installment.
The sources revealed that the management of the Qatari club has begun to prepare a memorandum containing all the details of the Gabonese player’s deal, in preparation for sending a complaint to FIFA for consideration and taking the appropriate decision.
