Al-Hilal Club, on Monday, settled Hassan Timbukti’s transfer deal to support the first football team’s defense line, coming from Al-Shabab Club, for 4 seasons.
And Al-Azraq Al-Asimi broadcast, through its official account on the “X” social networking platform, a short video clip showing the 24-year-old player in the Al-Hilal shirt, saying: “In the end, I am Hilal.”
The player’s transfer was accompanied by media momentum during the current summer transfer period, in light of the attempts of Al-Ittihad, Al-Nasr and Al-Ahly clubs to win the services of the international defender.
And Al-Riyadiah indicated, according to private sources, that the youth club management discussed the issue of Timbukti’s departure, made the final decision, and settled his fate before the current summer transfer period closed, during the urgent meeting called by the management at the club’s headquarters tonight.
The international defender had asked his club’s management to allow him to leave during the current summer transfer period, despite the renewal of his contract with Al-Shabab, last January, for a period of four years during the era of the previous administration headed by Khaled Al-Baltan.
Timbukti represented Al-Shabab Club since 2018, then was loaned to Al-Wehda Club in the summer of 2020, and after the end of the loan, he returned to the Asmi Club.
