The first polishing course for coaches, organized by the Lebanese Basketball Federation in cooperation with its Asian counterpart at the Chenville School (Dick El Mahdy), was concluded and the Serbian coach Nemanja Bejidov lectured in it. The closing day was attended by the First Vice-President of the AFC, President of the Lebanese Federation of the Game, Akram Halabi, and a member of the Federation, Tony Deeb. And Deeb will give certificates of participation to sports teachers in schools that signed protocols and memoranda of understanding with the Lebanese Federation for the game in an earlier stage.

In this context, the second session started on Wednesday and ends on Saturday, June 4th at Saint Joseph School (Qornet Chehwan), which is also dedicated to sports teachers in schools.

As for the third and final session, it will start on Sunday, June 5, and end on Tuesday, the 7th of the same month. It is intended for ten trainers, and Bjedov will also lecture in it.

The establishment of the three polishing courses comes within the framework of the Lebanese Federation’s keenness to hold the three courses as part of its development of the training corps, especially the game of basketball in schools through school and institute coaches to hone the promising generation and develop their skills.
