The Minister of Culture received the judgeMuhammad Wissam Al-MurtadaIn his office at Sanayeh Palace today, the plastic artistGlory RamadanLebanese Ambassador accredited to the Qatar International Festival with a delegation of Lebanese artists participating in the festival “Rubina Reda andJaber’s careThe splendor of Al-Shaar, Therese Juha, Ghada Shmeisani, Rima Salibi, Asia Daher, Diana Oweidat, and Sana Abu Ayyash.”
It is noteworthy that this second participation led Ramadan by a team of senior artists and Art Of Joy at the Qatar Festival, where the artist was distinguished by presenting the happy drawing classes for the elderly at the University of Adults at the American University of Beirut, through which isolation and anxiety overcame the difficult conditions.
Minister Al-Murtada praised this step, which he described as “a pioneering and distinguished woman working to raise Lebanon’s name high.” He also expressed his “total cooperation and decided that the exhibition would be held in Qatar under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture and made all recommendations to overcome difficulties.”
At the end of the meeting, the artist Ramadan presented a painting entitled “We are all for the homeland” bearing the Lebanese national anthem in the Phoenician alphabet, as a token of appreciation and thanks to the Minister.
