Al-Marsad Newspaper: Family doctor, Dr. Saud Al-Shehri, revealed simple ways to get rid of intestinal irritation and colic bloating.

Al-Shehri said, in a video he posted on his Twitter account: “There is no disease called colon, but its scientific name is Irritable Bowel Syndrome.”

He pointed out: “The colon often causes gas, constipation and diarrhea,” pointing to the things that cause intestinal irritation syndrome, including “caffeine, such as coffee and tea, fatty or spicy market foods, or psychological stress.”

Regarding solutions and methods that help get rid of colic bloating and intestinal irritation, Al-Shehri explained: “Stay away from eating the market, practice walking, and record the foods you eat daily to find out the causes of intestinal irritation, and stay away from soft drinks.”

He continued: “Do not eat more than 3 servings of fresh fruit per day, do not eat quickly, eat slowly and chew well.”
