“Al-Sisi discusses the situation in Sudan and highlights potential adverse effects”

Over the weekend, the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, called Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to discuss the ongoing situation in Sudan. Sisi expressed concern for the instability in the country and urged Sudanese parties to prioritize dialogue and national unity.
