Libya – Member of Parliament Ali Al-Takbali ruled out that there is an international intelligence agency behind the movement of uranium barrels from their place, and it is clear that an armed group from the Chad Liberation Front made a hole in the uranium store and seized a number of barrels to be sold in order to finance its military operations against the Chadian regime However, the operation failed, leaving the uranium barrels to guard themselves deep in the Libyan desert.
Al-Tikbali, in exclusive statements to “Independent Education,” indicated that the talk about these barrels began immediately after the revolution, specifically after 2011, and it was said that there were 40 barrels in an area in the city of Sebha.
Al-Tikbali asked the International Atomic Energy Agency if it was aware of the extent of the radioactive danger posed by these barrels of uranium? Why did you keep it in this insurance-free warehouse, and then chose this time to talk about this issue?
